Mary Douglas

Mary Douglas is a Growth Partner and Regional Manager serving select mission-driven brands across Northern California. 

 

Working with me isn’t corporate or templated — it’s collaborative, intuitive, and creative.


I step into chaotic, blocked, or misaligned situations and see the whole ecosystem. I find what’s broken, what’s missing, and what’s been avoided — then I move people and businesses toward what’s possible.


Sometimes that means fixing operations. Sometimes it means helping a leader face what they’ve resisted. 

Always, it means growth with clarity and courage.


I’m a revenue innovator who identifies untapped streams that others miss — and I design customer experiences, events, and partnerships that drive momentum.
