I work inside environments where customers physically enter, move, decide, and leave — and where those moments quietly determine trust, loyalty, and revenue.


This includes retail, hospitality, healthcare, service environments, and other customer-facing operations where execution and human presence matter more than messaging.


My role is to observe how the business actually lands on people — not how it is intended to — and identify where experience, flow, and execution either support growth or quietly push customers away.


This work surfaces:

  • friction customers feel but cannot articulate
  • breakdowns that occur before staff interaction begins
  • environmental and operational signals that influence behavior
  • inconsistencies that erode trust and repeat engagement


The goal is not cosmetic improvement.

Field intelligence that explains real performance

I work with product-based brands operating inside complex ecosystems — distributors, retailers, service partners, and multi-location environments — where performance varies for reasons dashboards cannot explain.


Through direct, in-field observation, I identify why velocity rises in some locations and stalls in others, and what is actually shaping customer decision-making at the shelf or point of interaction.
