Mary Douglas currently serves as Regional Market Manager for Britt’s Fermented Foods, supporting retail expansion, distributor alignment, and in-market operational execution across Northern California, Southern California, and the Pacific Northwest. 

This engagement includes frontline execution support, distributor coordination, retail performance visibility, and leadership alignment during active expansion.
