TODAY'S GROWTH PARTNERS
Venture Studio
Building the House.
What we’re creating for 2027 and beyond.
THE QUESTION
What if businesses didn’t have to build everything alone?
Starting a business, growing an established company, or transforming an organization requires more than a good idea, a strong product, or access to capital.
It requires the right combination of leadership, financial intelligence, technology, operations, market access, people, and execution.
Yet these essential capabilities are often disconnected. Business owners are left finding providers, managing separate relationships, and trying to make independent systems work together.
THE HOUSE
We’re building a different model.
In 2027, Today’s Growth Partners will begin its transition into a venture studio—an interconnected business ecosystem we call the House.
At its center is TGP, providing revenue and performance leadership. Surrounding it is a developing network of specialized collectives: independent businesses, experienced professionals, strategic partners, and shared resources working together to help organizations start, operate, grow, and become stronger.
Rather than assembling outside providers every time a need arises, we’re building lasting relationships with the expertise and capabilities businesses repeatedly need.
The objective isn’t to create more complexity. It’s to make the resources required to build and operate a successful organization work together.
ONE CONNECTED BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM
A business performs better when the people, systems, and resources supporting it are connected.
Today’s Growth Partners serves as the central leadership and coordination hub. The collectives bring together specialized expertise and complementary businesses, each contributing to a larger operating ecosystem.
Revenue, Sales & Marketing
Commercial strategy, revenue operations, business development, brand growth, market access, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Technology, IT & Artificial Intelligence
Technology infrastructure, systems integration, automation, AI implementation, digital operations, and practical tools that improve organizational performance.
Finance, People & Business Operations
Financial management resources, accounting, business infrastructure, organizational development, people operations, operational systems, and leadership capability.
Founder & Venture Development
Business formation support, founder education, venture development, commercial readiness, strategic guidance, and pathways for businesses preparing to grow.
Community & Nonprofit Development
Collaboration with independently governed nonprofit organizations and community initiatives to strengthen leadership, organizational sustainability, shared resources, and community-driven economic opportunity.
These are the areas we are organizing and developing. Each collective will evolve as participating organizations, agreements, and operating resources come together.
ALREADY IN MOTION
The House is not starting from zero.
We’re building the ecosystem through real relationships and operating experience, not simply drawing an organizational chart.
We’re already collaborating across a growing group of brands, business initiatives, founders, and nonprofit organizations—developing new approaches to shared services, venture support, leadership, and organizational growth.
These relationships are helping us identify which capabilities should be connected, how they can operate together, and where the greatest opportunities exist.
Throughout 2027, we’ll focus on formalizing these relationships, developing our collective infrastructure, establishing shared operating standards, and creating practical ways for participating organizations to work together.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR BUSINESSES
Different organizations. Different needs. One coordinated ecosystem.
Whether you’re launching something new, managing an established organization, preparing to expand, or navigating significant change, the House is being designed to connect the capabilities your next stage requires.
A growing business
may need revenue leadership, better technology, and stronger financial systems.
An early-stage venture
may need business infrastructure, experienced operators, and access to specialized expertise.
An established organization
may need new capabilities without building another permanent department.
A nonprofit
may need stronger operations, leadership support, and partnerships that expand its ability to serve its community.
WHAT WE DELIVER TODAY
Revenue & Performance Leadership.
While the venture studio takes shape, Today’s Growth Partners continues providing direct Revenue & Performance Leadership.
Through our Assess, Fix, and Lead engagements, we work with organizations to understand their operations, identify opportunities, improve execution, strengthen leadership, and develop the internal capability to sustain results.
This work remains central to our business—and forms the leadership foundation of the House.
BUILD WITH US
The House is taking shape. There’s room to help build it.
We’re developing relationships with businesses, founders, specialists, agencies, nonprofit organizations, and strategic partners who see value in building connected capabilities rather than operating in isolation.
Some will work with TGP as clients. Others may become collaborative partners, specialized resource providers, or participants in new ventures.
Our intention is to create an ecosystem where organizations contribute to one another’s success while retaining their own identities and independence.
